Micro management to the roof! Let your hired professionals do their job. Years of college doesn't eqaul out to years in the field. Leadership in the upper management is very questionable. New practices and techniques aren't looked at as profitable. Stuck in doing it the same way. But preach diversity. Employee ownership is a bunch of bull. They make huge decisions and don't ask employees their input. They just do what ever with our money. Trust is big issue always. Too many vice presidents over nothing.
