I have been working at Brigham and Women's Hospital full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

great for entry level positions and plenty of people whom are willing to teach around you

    Cons

The commute can be difficult. Unless you live close by you are limited to using public transportation which is heavily unreliable. Driving is not possible unless you are in a high leveled position or want to pay for parking everyday in a garage.

    Advice to Management

higher compensation would probably retain more people
