Pros
Working with children, ability to move around between many school centers as needed.
Cons
Benefits promised are hyped up for something you may not be eligible for, or the provided benefit kind of sucks. I applied for this job to get a free degree, but turns out participating colleges are limited to a few online Universities with awful reviews. Their tuition assistance is so small I'd be better off just getting a loan and paying it myself. Promises for discounts on insurance are difficult to actually attain (the website will make you go through a questionnaire process and ask for personal info, then say a quote is unavailable online). Very corporate overall. Bright Horizons takes a basic early childhood education theory and methodology and gives it a nickname as if they are taking credit for the hard work of all the teachers and researchers who actually made the field what it is. Holidays are not celebrated--what happened to celebrating diversity? Yes, it is to avoid focus on certain cultures over others... but is it really better to just not expose children to celebrations ? Also, there is little say for teachers. Too much focus on sticking to policy that individual site needs are ignored.

Bright Horizons is deeply committed towards ensuring a supportive work environment for all employees and while I am glad to hear that you seem to enjoy aspects about working here, I wanted to address your concerns regarding benefits, tuition assistance, and holidays. I absolutely recommend sharing these directly with your supervisor or even your Regional Manager and/or HR Manager if those conversations have not been productive.
