Disapproves of CEO

Pros

Ability to move up in company, decent benefits dental/medical/VSP 401k including free cable/internet, good communication from immediate Team Supervisor of what is needed for improvement, Team Supervisor also acknowledges when a job is well done.

Cons

Upper management is a tight knit, fowl mouthed, constantly smoking, pack. The more they like you personally the further you will move in the company. They welcome "ass kissers" and people whom to delegate to. Have been in same position for 20yrs and has not been trained in current cable/internet/telephony technologies. Very negative bunch that ruins a great company.

Advice to Management

Replace upper management with new, positive, and ethical people. The actions of management casts a dark cloud over menial employees who notice "insider" promotion system.

    Pros

    Great Benefits
Employees treated very well with dignity and respect
    Fun environment
    Customer & Employee friendly focus

    Cons

Hard to move up within company. Too many levels of bureaucracy. Very political environment. No one can make a decision at the senior level. Promote mostly from the outside. Salary ok, but could be much better. It's about who you know in the company not about what you can do. Individual recogonition not consisent.

    Advice to Management

Get feedback and input from supervisors before implementing policies, best practices, and procedures.
