    Pros

Made me realize that it get's better outside of BT.

    Cons

No one hits quota and the expectations go beyond your role of a traditional SDR role. The senior sellers only hang out with each other and make a point to exclude you. I have been working at BrightTALK full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The people are very supportive and collaborative. There is constant opportunity to learn and grow in your role if you initiate that interest. The Denver office is a smaller group than the SF headquarters but very collaborative and great working environment. The general feeling is that the company wants each individual to succeed and they have a process in place to help you do so. You will be surrounded by people who take...

If you are someone who needs a lot of guidance and do not like a challenge to figure things out and become independent in your role, you may not feel this is the perfect fit.
