Unlimited PTO, great support team members, the customer base is enthusiastic and if you know your product they're mostly easy to work with. You truly make an impact in folks day to day in this role.
Cons
Underpaid compared to market value. Acquisition occurred while I was there and negatively effected experience. They understaffed support heavily during my time there.
