I worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Great atmosphere. good and friendly people from reception/catering staff to senior management. It is a nice feeling when you turn up to work (good location).

Cons

Bureaucracy, complex SOPs, workloads, lack of innovation contribute to low morale among employees. Managers need to understand their line-reports and their needs and work together as a teams. Cutting down on workload than the headcount would be the way to go.

Advice to Management

Your biggest asset is the quality of talent that you employ so, please make efforts to retain them. The American hire&fire mentality has got to go.
