    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at British Council full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good work environment with consultative approach to issues

    Cons

Does not appreciate local knowledge of market and relies on what people say in the UK about Africa

    Advice to Management

Ensure expatriate staff are experts on subject matter and not posted for the sake of filing up a position. Senior most staff should not feel threatened by local staff who know the region
