I worked at British Gas full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Flexible working so can work from home, good benefits

    Cons

Too many chiefs - accountability too diverse - so hard to get anything done - depressing place to work - constant re-organisations that don't seem to make things better

    Advice to Management

Re-think, look at why people are so de-motivated, make the right people accountable, understand your teams and why they struggle to deliver
