    Pros

    Onboarding process was great. Directions for starting with Brivo were clear and concise. Great equipment sent to me. Managers and Team leaders have been helpful and responsive.

    Pros

    Brivo is awesome! From day one, I've felt welcome and my input valued. Projects are interesting and cutting edge. Unlimited time off. Truly a people first company culture. Fast growing company, so opportunities abound.

    Cons

    Would be nice if the benefits package was pointed.

    Pros

    Brivo is a company driven by innovation. They are ahead of the game when it comes to advanced technology in the Security vertical, while also making the service extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate. The product is great, and the way they team-up sales and technical engineers is brilliant. Initial hiring managers were great to work with, super friendly, and were very encouraging and open to inclusion. Family vibe at the beginning...

    Cons

    Seems to be dominated by males in sales roles. They say they are inclusive, but don't promote the success of the few female employees they have, unless they're in administrative, supporting roles. My experience: In an effort to IPO, Brivo hired management that wasn't fully aligned with the culture vision that had been portrayed when I was hired. New manager seemed more concerned about his personal pockets (his bonus diminishing due to someone else leaving was mentioned on just about every call) than developing or maintaining a solid, long-standing, productive team. I will never know if it was a personal issue, but my role was cut abruptly after having JUST been trained, with no offer to apply to any other role within the company, even though I had successfully met quota during the short time I was there. This was done without giving any reason, whatsoever. Reliability and accountability was not there when needed, and my efforts to gain insight or understanding from senior management were 100% disregarded. HR was unable to explain, as well. This, to me, is a HUGE RED FLAG for anyone hoping to work there.
