I have been working at Broadridge full-time (More than a year)

Pros

The 401k plan is good.

Cons

There never seems to be a "good" time to take time off. When you come back from vacation, you are a week behind in your project.

Advice to Management

There is supposed to be a "team" attitude but there seems to be a great deal of "finger pointing".

    Pros

    Work from Home Option.
    Flexible workhours

    Cons

Management has no vision. NO MBO"s for associates. Appraisal is done per management will.

    Advice to Management

The management tactics that you are using are ages old. Start adopting new policies and procedures. Instead of getting cheaper candidates, should hire the best amongst all.
There have been so many attritions in recent past for people ranging 1-3 yrs of experience.

I worked at Broadridge full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Some people are top level professionals in .NET, so you can learn a lot.

    Cons

After merging into Broadridge it got worse in terms of raises, bonuses and boring internal procedures.

    Advice to Management

Give employees a clear understanding what is required to be promoted - everyone keeps saying 'you've got to work harder', but then you still get nothing except 'ah, that was not enough effort'.
