I have been working at Broadridge full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Work life balance is very good able to work from home

Cons

No interest in keeping employees engaged or happy. Too many systems that don't talk to each other and be prepared to remember 76 passwords for 37 different systems/clients

Advice to Management

Look deeper into office romances as they interfere and cause animosity among employees
