Negative Outlook

I worked at Brookline College as a contractor (More than a year)

Pros

ample parking, plenty of pens,

Cons

There is no help for the instructors, the program director is apathetic at her best, degrading, harsh, and unappreciative at her normal. Humiliation for the students and the instructors is what you can expect from the program director.

Getting paid on a regular basis was a chore in the program I worked with, adjunct contracts where never given on time and not sent to cooperate on time, (things you have no control over)

High instructor turnover which is hard on both instructors and students

Advice to Management

Look at the programs that can't keep instructors and figure it out. Look where the drops, and switches are going. Really look at the program,

    Positive Outlook

I worked at Brookline College full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They have nice accommondations for their employees. Benefits were ok.

    Cons

Brookline's slogan "your success starts here" is not true. They only care about the money and enrollments and not the students or employees anymore. At one time I think they cared.

    Advice to Management

Listen to what people have to say and do not judge them just because they have a view about something and ask questions.

    Pros

Great pay and benefits, laid back enviroment, meeting the students

    Cons

Office Politics, corporate office offers no support, very little to offer

    Advice to Management

Lying to students to get them to enroll will bite you in the rear. Just be honest.
