I have been working at Brooks Automation full-time

    Pros

    Benefits, private healthcare, fun colleagues

    Cons

There's very little direction or vision. It seems like there's a real disconnect between upper and mid-management, not counting the workers at the base of the pyramid. The company is going through so many mergers and acquisitions that it's hard to find a proper path.

    Positive Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

To be honest, I don't see any.
In the semi-conductor business, you should have a lot of spare time.
In the Pharma business, be ready to travel from Monday to Saturday.

    Cons

Inconstant policy, only focused on the next quarter revenues. not on customer's satisfaction.
Too many products, no training, or training way too short.
A lot of people are focused on keeping their jobs, especially in the management.
Most of good and skilled people have left.

    Advice to Management

Try to focus on the customer.
