I worked at Brown County Wisconsin full-time

    Pros

Flexible schedule. Serious about onboard training. Supportive work culture (seeking help and learning is encouraged).

    Cons

Case managers are stressed with heavy caseloads and therefore often express negativity, which is discouraging.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Brown County Wisconsin full-time for more than 6 years

    Pros

Generally, good people to work with; Responsive supervisors. Schedule is more flexible than other employers tend to be. Benefits are decent, but are not heading in a positive direction

    Cons

Pay, and opportunities for advancement. If you are settled in the area, it can be an OK gig. If you are starting out your career, look elsewhere. (4 different HR directors in the five years I have been here). Morale is not high

    Advice to Management

Start paying people actual raises, or come up with a way to get people to different pay levels... People are leaving, and there is trouble finding good candidates
