I have been working at Brown & Brown Insurance full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Brown and Brown as a corporate entity is a good place to work.

    Cons

If you work in the Florham Park location, the leadership is a problem that creates a bit of a toxic environment, where few are happy. The workloads continue to build and the stress continues to increase. The smart employees are leaving in droves, making for quite high turnover when combined with the number of firings that have occurred since 2012. With the high turnover, customer service likely to suffer more and more.

    Advice to Management

    Change the leadership.
