      Pros

      For many years, untill Mr Lee passed it was a great company to work for.

      Cons

      The management the absentee son put in place has decimated the experienced workforce and put in effect a plan to make it a lower paying, less experienced, easier to replace workforce. It has cost market, morale and reputation.

      Pros

      Not very many positives except for after the 80 hours you work you get 1000 a week

      Cons

      The rvp has a “click” and if you aren’t in it you have no protection. He is very close with multiple roles under him outside of work. If you aren’t a part of that group, it’s noticeable.
