I have been working at Buffalo Wild Wings full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Growing company provides job security, brand is well known. Senior leadership is very stable and has a great vision of the company's future.

Cons

Company runs a lean ship so workload can be overwhelming at times. Can be difficult to move your career forward as company hires a lot of external talent to fill home office needs. Feel that results aren't rewarded as they should be.

Advice to Management

Promote individuals based on performance rather than politics or favoritism. Be more in touch with the operations side of the business so better decisons are made.

I worked at Buffalo Wild Wings full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Enjoyed the sports atmosphere since I am an avid sports watcher. The atmosphere when there was a good game on was crazy.

    Cons

Didn't really have much say in how things were to be done since I is a corporate owned company you have to follow the corporate rules.

I worked at Buffalo Wild Wings full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There seemed to be a lot of room for advancement if you showed a little initiative.

    Cons

Base starting pay was pretty low. Bonus structure based on how a lot of other people (sometime not very competent) worked and did their job.

    Advice to Management

Management should spend more time focusing on food and service quality then they do on getting silly feedback questionnaires filled our by their customers.
