    Great place to work!

    Pros

Experienced and down-to-earth executive and management team. People are super intelligent, have high EQ, and operate with a team-first mentality. Not only does the company have a great culture and a strong product, but the team behind it is genuine, intelligent and passionate. Plenty of opportunities to collaborate with talented and driven colleagues across the company. The thing that I like the most about BugSnag is how committed and hard working the co-founders, James and Simon, are. It's truly inspiring to work for leaders who lead by example.

    Cons

No cons that I can think of.

Awesome startup with great company culture and founding team

    Pros

Bugsnag's core reason for existence is rock solid. The co-founders are equally solid. If you're working on the product/engineering side, you'll have excellent leadership that know how to strike the right balance between moving fast and designing ideal solutions. If you're working on the business side, you get to sell a product that people love.

    Cons

It's a "sustainable growth" company not a hyper growth company. If you're looking to join a "rocket ship" there are other options.

    Pros

    — Opportunity to work on high-impact problems (startup life) — Your individual voice matters just as much as anyone else's, no matter your title — James and Simon (co-founders) are amazing and authentic people who really care about you — Amazing lunch culture and benefits

    Cons

    — A bit of a lack of transparency, especially when things go wrong or projects fail — Still hard to know where the company is going / growing, and how you can help — Classic startup problems to figure out, lack of resources to do it
