Opportunity for advancement at a price. Company wants you to work 60 hours/ 6 days a week and doesn't care about your personal life other than you being at work.
Cons
Belief that anyone can do anyone else's job regardless of training or experience. Consistently moves management into positions they have no prior experience in.

Pros
I loved the job for the people I worked with, they were so nice. I loved my morning manager, Manuela. Carmelo was also great. I love the staff in general. The customers were usually in decent moods, but the bad customers would not make the managers mad at me. They solved the problem (usually by giving the customer free food) and asked if I was okay :). Precious people.
Cons
Terrible management, especially from the restraunt owners. They had no clue how the process or serving customers worked when you LACK A FULL TEAM. Additionally, they're sneaky. They purposely kept a small number of people working to make sure that they don't have to pay everyone at least minimum wage. Many people who worked there for decades are still paid way less than minimum wage, and these people have families!
