Pros
I love the people that I work with. Great work environment and you will meet all sort of individuals and learn all sorts of thing when working within a library. However, I have been working here for nearly 5 years without a raise. Also, it's EXTREMELY hard to advance (i.e, becoming full time) within the library system.
Cons
No raises, little room for growth..They expect you to do alot of additional things, but won't raise your pay.
