Pros

Standard hours, convienent location, good benefits (ie. medical with Kaiser is A+).

Cons

$8-$10/hour is NOT good for Los Angeles employees...this is 2011!

Advice to Management

Increase pay to match "living wage" in your area.

    Pros

    Great co-workers that help out if you need it, for the most part very friendly as well.

    Cons

    Poor schedule flexibility, unfair treatment, rude management, called-in on days off...always, messy store because not enough employees.

    Advice to Management

    acknowledge the good your employees do rather than always writing them up. Give space for personal life as well.

    Pros

    There are some very nice people who work there. They try their very best to do their job.
    Made some great friends.

    Cons

    Management treats most,( if not all ), their employees as if they are stupid.
    Management does not care about their employees just get the job done.
    Does not matter what department you go to it has merchandise on the floor.
    I could not deal with the way the business is being run so I had to leave.

    Advice to Management

    The top upper needs to stop making anounced visits. they should also try working the schedule and getting paid the wages of the store clerks for about a month and see if they can pay the bills.
