Pros

The company has a great benefit package. They really care about their employees. Most departments get along seamlessly with each other.

Cons

Since a lot of depts work side by side there can be a lot of meetings

    Pros

    Burlington is a good part time job for a student. For someone who is looking for a part time is not worth the time.

    Cons

    Poor Management. Too much work very little pay. Very negative environment. Management does not value their employees, they preach one thing and do another.

    Advice to Management

    Need to value their employees more. Management needs to not contradict themselves less. Be realistic in the amount of work they give their employees.

    Great co-workers for the most part

    Cons

    pay is considerably low for the work involved

    lack of help on a continual basis especially at the front end (Back-up cashiers to the front! is all you hear)

    no room for advancement

    virtually no raises

    employees suffer due to lack of caring from managment/corporate

    YOU are repsonsible for pretty much the whole store since at the end of the night you have to help everyone else that failed to finish there department

    Advice to Management

    Stop being greedy and reward hard-work; not saying make us rich but give us what rightfully we deserve and start caring about the employees
