I worked at Burlington Stores part-time (Less than a year)

Pros

The people that work there are really nice. If you have any questions just ask and they will help you. The mangers aren't on your back to get things done you can pretty much do your own thing. The mangers are pretty nice if you have any problems going on in your life you can tell them and they usually let you take a day or two off. Theres people that have been working there for years because the mangers are so cool.

Cons

Sometimes you dont have enough help especially on the holidays when its crazy

    Pros

It was fun and rewarding to know that you always had new merchandise coming in at the very best prices! We were always the competition.

    Cons

A disproportuanate amount of my time was spent performing internal investigation of emploee theft as well as shrink issues.

    Advice to Management

Reward all levels of employees for a job well done.

I worked at Burlington Stores part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    I can think of none.

    Cons

Managers are unprofessional and poorly trained. Treat employees like dirt. Work on Sundays are mandatory. Not allowed to use the bathroom as needed. Constantly told that the team is doing horrible. Only allowed one 15 minute break during an 8 hour shift even if company policy says other wise. I walked out the day of this post and am never working/shopping/dropping in to use the bathroom in their stores for as long as i am still breathing. Stay away from store 559!
