    Pros

    Good benefits, friendly staff, professional work environment and room for growth if you have a degree.

    Cons

    Projects seem to be a little disorganized as management doesn’t really know what they are doing or how to direct you to better assist them. Little room for growth if you do not have a bachelors degree. Work can sometimes come and go in waves. You’re either drowning or you’re bored.
