Leadership listens and actively works to improve our quality of life.
Cons
Work isn’t the most interesting but I don’t mind given the good work environment and people.
Our goal? Make meaningful differences in people's lives beyond the office. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and work continuously to pivot where needed to live up to that goal.

Butler/Till wouldn’t be where we are today without our employee-owners showing up and making a difference for our clients and improving our work and processes. Thank you for being a part of that!

Pros
Shiny new office headquarters in downtown Rochester, great place to expand you professional network
Cons
Lack of leadership and training procedures in place. Understaffed teams led to quick burnout and minimal resources to learn and grow within the company
