      Pros

      Excellent team atmosphere, lighthearted and humorous without compromising a good work ethic. The company buys meals for the team quite regularly. Very interesting scope of work as it is a small office part of a pretty large global company that services many different industries all over the globe.

      Cons

      Difficult to talk about salary and benefits openly with the management. Progress and improvements can take a very long time to be implemented.
