I worked at C-K full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Fun and supportive culture with great opportunity for growth. I came from NYC not knowing anyone and quickly felt immersed into the team. C-K has a strong emphasis on coaching and mentorship. The Account Management department has some of the smartest, most talented and kindest people I have met in the media industry. The team is a direct reflection of the leadership brewed in Milwaukee.

    Cons

    None that come to mind.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing all your doing to make C-K Milwaukee such a wonderful place to work.

I worked at C-K full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

You get to work on tasks above your job title as there was an "all hands on deck" mentality. You also get to build relationships with VPs across the network to get your voice heard, and you get to work with talented people.

    Cons

They seemed to lack structure compared to the other offices. There was a clear preference to some workers vs. others.

    Advice to Management

Hire young talent to add new perspective and creativity to the office.
