I have been working at C Space full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Communispace is a great company that has had steady growth for many years. Although it has been around for over a decade, there's still a bit of a start-up feel that is reflected in the youthful energy in the office. People are challenged to work hard and give their best every day.

Cons

There seems to be some inequity across various segments of the organization regarding compensation and workload. Not sure how much of that is perception rather than reality, but if the perception is there...

Advice to Management

As senior leadership changes, try to keep the core values and culture intact. Continue to invest in people (training, compensation, etc.), and don't let that just become lip service.

I worked at C Space full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The culture is great -- everyone works hard and plays hard. There are perks of a company that feels like a startup but it's more in "grown up" mode, almost reaching a little bit of maturity

    Cons

The work can be repetitive at times... a little boring, too, depending on your client and your team. You have to try to move around until you find a spot that fits you well.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work. Diane is inspirational... the rest of senior management not as much, IMHO. Some came from the old school days as Diane grew the company, and many tried to grow with it, but it's almost like they tried too hard and didn't really grew. I found myself looking up to Diane for inspiration, but couldn't say the same for most of the rest of the senior management team(s)

I have been working at C Space full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They are the nicest people who work here and really care about the culture; great opportunity to grow professionally and personally

    Cons

Still building a more strategic perspective; the salaries are on the very low end of the industry and too many staff are junior - need more senior management

    Advice to Management

Bring in more senior consultants to drive strategy and increase salaries to attract great talent; don't lose the great culture that has been fostered and created
