Positive Outlook

I worked at C2 Essentials full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Employees that can bring a value to the organization thrive and have long prosperous tenure. Employees who have left for better opportunities have found leaving was a mistake and end up coming back. The management is open and willing to discuss returning employment should I ever wish to return. That gives me a great feeling of being valued.

Cons

I did not see any.

Advice to Management

I am aware of current employees who are cancer. Instead of leaving those cancerous employees stick around for the salaries and a 9-5 job. Vet those employees out

    Doesn't Recommend

I have been working at C2 Essentials full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    None that come to mind.

    Cons

Be prepared to clean the kitchen frequently, whether you use it or not. Want to make some popcorn? Against policy. Running late because of traffic? Be prepared to get written up. They even put a manger on the receptionist desk during the holidays, and they've prayed in town hall meetings. The owner is absolutely crazy and cannot be reasoned with. You'll feel like you're working in a gossipy call center. Say hello to scheduled lunch breaks that are timed.

Also, be ready to sign an arbitration agreement. They get sued so often you have to sign away your rights to take them to court when they fire you.

    Advice to Management

    Grow up.
