    - some nice colleagues

    Cons

    - very poor basic training
    - lousy supervision

    Advice to Management

I'm not surprised the American HQ decided to plug the plug after just a few years. what do you expect, with only one project.
But I guess that is what you get when you hire only local management that doesn't have the faintest idea how to manage the cultural differences.
There's one thing to hire people with attractive salaries, but to keep them is something completely different. That requires skills.
