I worked at C3/CustomerContactChannels full-time

Pros

They train you thoroughly before you go out on your own as well as have staff available to help you at any time once your training is completed.

Cons

They are open six days a week, some holidays. Based on your ranking you may or may not get the shift you prefer.

    Pros

None!!!! This is a terrible company to work for.

    Cons

Horrible company to work for! They lie to us constantly. One day they tell us there is no more mandatory overtme, the next day they want 2 hrs mandatory O.T.! No positive reinforcement, no advancement unless you're a company suck-up. They don't care if you have kids or use public transportation.

    Advice to Management

Show your employees you actually give a care about us and that you realize we are not robots!

    I worked at C3/CustomerContactChannels full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Very high energy place to work, co-workers and agents great. Just when you start to get bored with the work, a new client/job comes in.

    Cons

Bring your own office supplies; paper and pencil. Call centers are the new 21st century sweat shop, if you don’t measure up, there are 5 applicants waiting to take your spot. When a contract winds down, you won’t get laid off, that would cost the company too much. They make life unbearable until you quit or give them a reason to fire you for cause.

    Advice to Management

Quit trotting Sr Management around the sites to say how wonderful and appreciated we are and then turn us over to the site managers who treat us with contempt.
