    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    - Decent benefits package (vision, life, dental, & health)
    - A great chance to start your entry level skills for other employers to take you seriously
    - Reimbursement for certification exams

    Cons

    - Not much chance for promotion
    - Salary is low for the amount of work done
    - Close to no recognition

    Advice to Management

There is no way to attract recognition for employees' performance nor is there a transparent metrics system for measuring such. Secondly, offer your contractors a higher salary if you seriously want to retain these employees rather than giving them reason to leave one they realize they can have it better. Compared to some other contractors I've worked (Compucom), C3I is actually above average, but there is very little opportunity to grow.
