I worked at CACI International as a contractor

Pros

People are nice and not helpful

Cons

The job are relatively steady, but the company just laid off many accounting people. People are sensitive about every word you said because they are governmental contractor.

I worked at CACI International full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Professional environment, great people, friendly atmosphere, great balance between work hours and personal life, good benefits, great management style and attention to employees.

    Cons

Too much related on industry, customers, considering recent problems with sequestration and Department of Defense budgeting issues. Recent temporary downsize in contracts.

I worked at CACI International full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Pay only slightly below par

    Cons

Employees, especially those working for subsidiaries, openly pursuing conflicts of interest at the expense of those actually trying to serve the client's mission.
401(k) program is a scam, meant to funnel the match to management. Sold to employees as "vesting over 3 years", but it really means not vesting at all for 3 years. This encourages one crowd to try to prevent employees from staying on contract for more than 2 years, as the victims' match is distributed among the perpetrators when you leave.

    Advice to Management

    Grow some ethics.
