I have been working at CACI International full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Great to work for with great salary, benefits and corporate communications. They continously
survey employees and then report the results back to employees.

Cons

Often new employees are only given 2% raises after the first year, despite great professional reviews from their local bosses. CACI primarily works on government contracts that can be ended suddenly, or downsized without much warning.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work and thanks for hiring me!

    Pros

    Pay and benefits were good.
    They pay on time.
Manager took team to lunch 2 times in 6 months.
One manager now actually recommends my skills on Linked In (hahahaha).

    Cons

Complete waste of time. All window dressing. Management was distant and just concerned with billable hours. Not much more than a body shop. Manager was not honest but full of double talk when renewal of contract positions were being considered. Was never asked to provide any inputs that could have helped to renew the task orders. Neither senior manager was present during layoffs. Laid off after returning from vacation. Recruiting office for laid off employees is a complete joke. Did not hear back from them about even one position I applied for. If you want to be on unemployment and food stamps this is the company to join.

    Advice to Management

Try to actually manage your staff in relation to the work they do for clients. You take the fat paychecks.
