there are lots of work locations and you can work from home

Management at every level, worse at the top

    Flex hours are awesome, very family accomodating. the people are great.

    Cons

    doesn't seem to promote, even after earning many qualifications that benefit the company.

    Pros

    There are some excellent managers and clients. If you keep your client happy, you will be rewarded. The corporate offices generally stay out of the way of the consultants.

    Cons

    There are some mediocre managers who put dollars before customers and staff. Poor corporate support, e.g., communications, internal training, timely upper level management decisions, etc.

    Advice to Management

    Put customers and employees first and the money will follow.
