* the work is interesting * the office environment is laid back * the people are great to work with * compensation is decent, maybe slightly above average * there are hybrid work options for most programs (some wfh, some onsite)
Cons
* none that i've found in 1.5 years working here. only reason i'm considering leaving is because the office is pretty far from my house and i don't like the commute.
