    Pros

    Real design and development happens with prototype projects. There are lot of good people

    Cons

    Middle and Lower Management at Montreal could not understand the concepts and good initiatives from Upper management. They are not willing to work by collaborating globally.

    Work environment. Salary. Team Members. Work hours. Holidays

    Cons

    Unrealistic goals. Constant change in territories. Management turnover. No clear plan.

    Advice to Management

    Lack of direction leads to poor performance. Stick to goals for more than 1 quarter at a time. Training new hires more closely, this would alleviate pressures from existing employees. Give value to existing employees.
