      Decent pay and the onsite staff are caring people.

      Cons

      Ownership is completely out of control. They are a lawsuit waiting to happen. If your a woman and need to be disrected, this is your place.

      The ownership is really invested in each employees success and growth. Benefits are easy to access and select.
