I worked at CAP Tulsa full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

It's an underserved community and those kids so need caring and understanding teachers to love, nurture and support them and their development. The salary rates are the best in the city.

    Cons

I have been working at CAP Tulsa part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

A great program for children to get a jump start on social and emotional development. Great time off, competitive pay, and benefits.

    Cons

Leadership is not hands on or transparent. Things change constantly and not everyone is on the same page.

    Advice to Management

Be more transparent and hands on. It is hard to be objective during evaluation time when you are never in the classroom.
