I worked at CARFAX full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Free lunch Fridays, fun events & contests for holidays. Good benefits.

    Cons

Management is not very supportive if you have stuff going on in your life outside work. Different departments don't collaborate & like to keep information close rather than share and document. Software developers get special treatment while everyone else is treated as "second class" citizens. They encourage feedback but don't actually listen to it and expect you to accept "this is the way it is".

    Advice to Management

How about taking "wisdom of crowds" seriously and actually listening when people say something is a problem?
