Pros

There have been a lot of negative reviews lately, but I honestly don't think there are companies that do it better than CARFAX. Have there been lots of changes? Yes, but we live in a world were things are also constantly changing. I think that CARFAX does its best to continue the employee centric culture and combine it with our aggressive company goals. We have a lot to accomplish, and we have a great mission/products/vision for the future. If you aren't excited about the changes, I would challenge someone to find a better company. Our CEO believes in collaboration and that we are better together. 3 days in the office mid week is nice, which allows remote Mondays and Fridays. Pros- 4 day summer work weeks! Dog friendly office. Ample vacation/holidays/time off. Amazing coworkers and collaboration in office and with those remotely. 401-k match.

Cons

Compensation needs to be continuously evaluated so we can keep up with market changes. Inflation is real, and people are being forced to look outside for better pay. Health benefits are OK...could be better...could be worse. Not a ton of opportunity for advancement if you are looking to climb the corporate ladder. It's not a big title driven company (which is not a con in my opinion).
