    Pros

    A lot of growth opportunities.

    Cons

I don't see any cons. If you work hard enough there are many options to take on more responsibilities even by transferring to different departments.

I have been working at CBS Interactive full-time for more than 6 years

    Pros

Improved work life balance Good resources Solid product and innovations Prestigious brand that clients respect Leader in premium content Good benefits

    Cons

work space lacking although company is making changes/improvements pay is way below market culture is not the same in respective locations

    Advice to Management

While the company name and brand carries a lot of weight and security, its not enough to sustain an employee. The compensation is way below the market standard for Account Executives, even junior roles. This makes employees complacent...and even though a lot of resources are invested in trainings, employees must get paid fairly as a first step. Comp packages need to be evaluated if sales staff is valued.
