    Pros

    Fun company to work for. Value internal growth. Interesting projects. Fast paced environment. Great company culture. Week off between Christmas and New Year. Work from home on occasion.

    Cons

    Pay structure is less competitive than other tech companies. Big company makes it hard to push change though quickly. Association with CBS TV network also brings an old school way of thinking about things.
