    I have been working at CDK Global full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    The entire hiring and onboarding experience is so well organized. At no point did I ever feel like they were anything but happy to be talking to me. The training is great. Not only is there a course for anything you could need, but every employee is more than willing to help, including managers. There's never been a feeling of being below or less than anyone else. Not something that I have ever been accustomed... to in my entire working life. All in all, there is nothing that they haven't thought of and covered and made easily accessible. Communication is great. My manager has made sure that everyone in the team is aware of what is going on across the board. I know exactly where I stand and I feel valued. In my experience, this is a rarity in jobs. The benefits are excellent and you're eligible for them from the date of hire! No waiting 30-60-90 days to go to the doctor. If something happens and you need to be out sick you've got PTO so you're not losing part of your paycheck because of circumstances you can't control. I've never seen a company so well organized, so well run, and with genuine integrity. Far and away the best job I have ever had

    The online training courses can be difficult to search, find, and navigate

    Advice to Management

    It would be great to give employees a free trip to a CDK office of their choice in another country or even region if they so choose. While that would be extremely fun, I am aware that this may be a bit of a stretch. So, other than that just keep doing what you're doing because it's great to feel as valued as an employee as a client is valued by the company.

    Amazing team, flexible hours, work from home occasionally, exciting projects, on-site cafeteria, on-site workout/locker rooms, opportunity to work on different CDK products

    Cons

    For certain projects in my department the priorities are constantly shifting so you must adapt and ramp up quickly

    Pros

    Work life balance. on site gym. food trucks come daily. more attention being paid to employee needs and concerns. Clear new mission and values.

    Cons

    Not enough perks, like free parking, that you would find at other companies. Health benefits not great. Pay could be better.

    Advice to Management

    New CEO is starting to improve things, but invest more in your workforce in order to hit your goals. We have lost many smart people to other companies and if you want to stop losing them, make them feel valuable.
