Many of the people are friendly and helpful

They lost value for employees and customers 8 years ago when they were spun from ADP. Employee and Customer value are only lip-service by the C-Suite. In actual practice the $ bottom-line is always first, always. I pity new joiners because they are stepping into a company that, thru multiple layoffs have broken processes across the company and no time or $'s allocated to fix them. No doubt, this mindset will continue to play out, as a private company, in the coming months as investors look for big payoffs. Watch. If you read this review and still join, I wish you the best and hope your experience will be better than mine. Today, I have no idea what’s going to hit me next. Most leaders run from one fire to another, one disaster to another and overload their teams with an insane amount of work and then give them bad reviews using the classic corporate curve rating system. They have no choice. It’s insane and not getting better so I’m leaving.
