CERN Response

Thank you for your positive review. According to the majority of our employees, CERN has a very healthy work-life balance so we regret to learn that you don't share this opinion. Also by providing career transition measures we try and make our employees transition to their next step in their careers as smooth as possible. In addition, no national quotas apply for any positions at CERN apart for the Summer student programme. We really appreciate all of your comments and wish you the best for the rest. Rock on too!

Pros
The employment process is very smooth and supportive. The technical team interviewed me for technical skills, and the HR is very supportive and helpful. Especially I haven't been employed by CERN previously, so I have a lot of questions. The employment team is very helpful and answered all my questions patiently. Also I like the job and my work very much.
Cons
Maybe the primary communication method could be email instead of phone calls? I sometimes miss phone calls, but will check every email.
