    Pros

    A estrutura física da empresa é muito boa, tudo muito bem conservado, novo, e etc. Os funcionários são muito competentes e comprometidos com o trabalho.

    Cons

    Paga-se muito pouco para os estagiários se comparado a tamanha responsabilidade conferida e o desvio de função gigantesco, quase nenhum beneficio, fazendo que não seja proveitoso e enriquecedor trabalhar por la.

    Advice to Management

    Valorizar mais os estagiários, dar benefícios e uma bolsa-auxilio melhor. Criar um ambiente mais favorável ao desenvolvimento acadêmico, sem que haja desvios de função para suprir as necessidades da companhia.

    Access to the most qualified knowledge and technical experience regarding environmental quality, air pollution, water resources analysis and environmental licensing.

    Cons

    For the ones on social areas, such as communication, it's hard to overcome the hard science discourse and point of view of the enterprise.

    - good for the planet, good objectives, ethically good - good support for personal interests - good chances for new studies - relatively stable

    Cons

    - very poor career plan - no retirement plans - sometimes subjected to political influences - salaries average to low - requires public contest to join

    Advice to Management

    - improve career plan - the present does not incentive workers - develop a retirement plan - promote research, better integrated with the universities
