Pros
Great people to work with (Staff and Management) - dedicated, professional, hard-working. Good mix of technologies (hardware, software) Good work environment & benefits (good compensation, vacation, ESPP, etc..) Great place for talented engineers.
Cons
Management wise - CEVA runs like a start-up and has to start growing up. Managers are good people - but many lack management skills and proper training. Too much politics and not enough policies/processes. Overall, can be much more innovative and organized. Company is not really growing and advancing (roughly the same size, same financials) Be prepared to work a lot of hours.
