-People are very friendly for the most part
-Good benefits package
-Good amount of paid holidays
-Decent/Middle of the road salary (does not match market rate but is not a cutthroat lowball rate either)
Cons
-Certain managers and supervisors have been with the company for decades yet don't push for innovation
-Weak departmental management that does not build morale/bonds but instead create hostile working environments
-Some supervisors that are unable to adequately do their job but are protected since they are friends with upper management
-No executive oversight for departments which enables to essentially do what they want for the most part
-Poor communication between departments and IT which creates rush deadlines and unnecessary pressure
-Very cliquish environments within management which promotes unprofessional behavior and favoritism
-Extremely high turnover in the IT department which cripples work flow and stagnates the cultivation of knowledge within the team
-Very meager raises due to the company hiding behind the excuse that they are a non-profit
